These terms apply to all purchases from Sonoform Pty Ltd (ABN 59 146 638 305), 631 Victoria St, Abbotsford VIC 3067. Manufacturing and pick-up are by appointment only; we are not a retail showroom.

Installation

Aluminium Z-clips (French cleats) are included. The installer is responsible for anchoring into a suitable wall substrate (studs, masonry or rated drywall anchors). Sonoform is not liable for improper installation.

Acoustic performance

NRC absorption ratings come from lab tests of the core material. Room geometry and placement vary, so specific decibel reduction is not guaranteed without a formal evaluation by an acoustic engineer. This does not limit the Echo Guarantee.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
