Made to order in Melbourne
Every Sonoform panel is made to order in Melbourne, Victoria. Production takes approximately 14 business days from batch close, before dispatch.
Delivery
After dispatch, delivery takes 5 to 10 business days. Large 2400 x 600 mm panels and bulk orders ship via specialised tail-lift freight carriers. We email tracking when your order ships.
Shipping costs
Packaging, shipping and handling (including a 15% handling and transit insurance allowance) are charged separately from the panel price and shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping fees include GST.

- For 2 or more panels, the fee is the per-panel rate multiplied by the quantity, rounded to the nearest cent at checkout.
- Orders of more than 10 Standard panels, 20 or more Square panels, or multiple Maxi panels are quoted palletised tail-lift freight at freight rates. We confirm the quote before you pay.
- Volume and commercial orders are quoted separately.
- Express shipping is available on the Creator Studio Pack, quoted on request.
- Local pick-up from our Melbourne workshop is free, by appointment only.
Transit insurance and freight damage
Orders are fully insured in transit. Please inspect all outer packaging on delivery. Report transit damage within 48 hours, with photographic evidence, to SonoformAustralia@gmail.com.
