Pre-Order & Deposit Terms

Pre-orders fund each production batch, so payment is taken upfront to secure raw materials and specific fabric dye lots.

Payment

• Full payment is taken at checkout.
• Volume and commercial orders (24 panels or more) can reserve a place in the batch with a 50% deposit once an approved quote is in place. The remaining 50% is due before dispatch.

Production timelines

Estimated delivery is a target schedule: approximately 14 business days of production from batch close, plus 5 to 10 business days for delivery. We will notify you promptly if dispatch shifts by more than 5 business days.

Cancellations

• Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After production or fabric cutting begins, cancellations may incur a 15% material restocking fee.
